If an issue arises with your item, I’m happy to work with you to resolve it through a refund or exchange, provided the request is made within 30 days of your purchase. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for items that have been misused, mishandled, or damaged due to improper care, as this falls outside of the intended use and care guidelines for our products.
