Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
I want to ensure you love your custom piece!
Please see my return & exchange policy to see if you qualify for a return or exchange:
- The request is made within 30 days of your purchase.
- The item is returned is it's original condition.
- The item has not be damaged or modified.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Visit our Contact Page and submit your return request, including whether you’d like a return or exchange and the reason for your request.
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Once your request is received, I will get in touch with you as soon as possible to guide you through the next steps.
Additional Information:
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received. Allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to arrive.
- Exchanges: To exchange your item for a different style or size, include this request in your contact message. I’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the item was defective or a mistake was made on my part. This will be deducted for the refund / exchange amount.
